Dr. Chen Ying and her team are extremely professional, and knowledgeable! And doctor Chen she is very nice and patient! During my first pregnancy, I’m very sorry that I chose to terminate the pregnancy because the fetus’s genetic abnormality. Dr. Chen Ying performed the surgery, and it was very successful. My body recovered very well. The following year, I was able to conceive again successfully, and now my baby has been born healthy. I am truly very grateful to her!

I will definitely recommend Dr Chan to pregnant women who is looking for professional and skillful care. I had to receive cerclage at week 20 to prevent possible preterm labor. Dr Chan was the one who performed the procedure, once again she is very professional and skilled, and I recovered from the surgery well. now I’m at week 36 and just had my cerclage stitches removed by Dr Chan, and she made sure the process was quick so I did not suffer much from the discomfort. Dr Chan is patient and she answers your questions, gives reassurance, and helped me to protect my baby during the pregnancy. Office staff members are nice and easy going as well!! They are skilled at what they do! I’m glad to have Dr Chan and her team taking care of me and my baby during my pregnancy!!! Strongly recommend Dr Chan!!

Dr. Chan is for pregnant women. She took care of my wife and baby so good that I can't explain in words. She is humble, amiable, and her communication skills is simple and easy to understand. She is the best MFM I have ever experienced. The office staffs are so kind and friendly as well. I do strongly recommend you to be patient of Dr. Chan and see how professional and experienced in her field. We(I, my wife and daughter) are grateful and appreciate her support and care from bottom of our heart.

Dr. Ying Chan, a specialist in Maternal-Fetal Medicine, is an exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and experienced OBGYN. Throughout my pregnancy, she provided outstanding care, demonstrating both clinical excellence and genuine compassion. Her ability to clearly explain complex medical information, along with her attentive and supportive approach, made me feel reassured and well-informed at every stage. I am deeply grateful for the high level of prenatal care I received under her guidance, and I truly felt that both my baby and I were in the best possible hands.

Originally, I did not intend to leave a review, but I was repeatedly harassed by text messages and phone calls. I visited in November 2024 and paid the standard fee of $275, yet I was attended by two assistants instead of Dr. Ying Chan personally. Then I received a call from Grace, whose extremely rude attitude included claims that I owed them money. Now, with it being almost March, the series of dispute calls has left me deeply exhausted. I absolutely do not recommend this clinic!
