I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Wei Liu. She saw me promptly, listened carefully, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. She is very knowledgeable and has such a kind, reassuring bedside manner. I truly recommend her to anyone looking for a great doctor..

Dr. Wei Liu is the best primary doctor my family uses, no offense to Dr Zhu (he's nice too). Usually you go to a doctor for yearly physicals or when there's something wrong, and if it's the latter, then you're nervous and perhaps anxious. Dr. Wei is very empathetic, and listens to our issues without judgement, and made us feel comfortable when speaking with that nice smile on her. My wife prefers Dr Wei over our previous doctors because the others just tells her there's nothing wrong and tells her it's just in her head. Dr Wei actually asks questions about her complaints/pains, and then does basic tests to she her "don't worry, I'll show you that you're in good health".

Been seeing Dr. Lui for almost a year, and I am pleased with the care. The practice is clean, and they do their best to keep everything running smoothly. I was looking for a primary doctor I can trust and who is practical. Each visit has been a success.

Quite disgusting of a place!! If you are not Chinese, do NOT go here. The few times I been there, its a quick help and bye. I didn't care since I just needed my meds refilled. However, I needed a few referrals especially since I been going to ER and pain. I also been asking for mental health referrals to which Dr. Wei Liu said she cannot help me and to change my insurance. It is the primary doctor's responsibly to help me and if not, at least don't yell at me for my insurance. The last appointment I had abdominal pain to which she replied was just a muscle pull. It wasn't. I asked for a few referrals since I wanted to make sure. One being gynecologist referral, not a gyno. I had a bit pain and she got mad and more mad that I didn't come to her for PCOS help. I wasn't aware she treated that. She stated "Everyone has PCOS, you have it, she has..." and I had to tell her to please not yell at me like 3 times. She gave me referrals and threw it at me. I am not even joking - literally threw it me. And then before walking out of room told me to change my PCP. One huge reason being I been to the ER a lot and it makes her reviews as a Doctor look bad for MY insurance ?!? I am not going to the ER with stomach pain for "fun." I did ended up with a diagnosis of endometriosis - so yea, I did needed it. She emailed a letter stating how my health issues was beyond her care in a nice way. And I find that so so disgusting. You are a PCP - not a specialist. Do your job WITH empathy. Seriously, don't go unless you are Chinese. I guess they get respect, I hope. Another instance was a virtual appointment for my test results. I didn't pick up but called the next second. And I got told the doctor has left the office ?!? I called in one second. I also have a life and had to reschedule. I tried advocating with no help. I got told she had to go somewhere for her child or something. Just because a person needs a second, you ignore them. Also, funny at their responses back to 1 star revies. Especially exposing private information and knowing which patient is writing this. Yeaaa, just do better and gain empathy.

The doctors are extremely rude, especially Dr. Wei Lui. I don’t even know how she became a doctor because she doesn’t let you finish your sentences and just jumps in. I don’t even think she understands English properly because when I used to see her she’d not understand what I was saying and just yell at me before I could say my concerns. She’s very unprofessional and does not know how to say things properly. There’s always a long wait time even if you have an appointment.
