ONE STAR BEFORE EVEN STEPPING IN THE OFFICE
I called to request an urgent check-up, and even after explaining my situation, they kept putting me on hold. At first, they told me they don’t handle the type of care I needed, but I pointed out that it's listed on their website and available as a reason for booking an appointment. After checking, they told me they couldn’t help me. I asked if they could try one more time because of the urgency of my situation, and they responded with, 'She’s not even in today.' So why keep me on the phone and ask all these invasive questions if the doctor isn’t even working? As a female receptionist and a female doctor, I would have hoped they would try to help, especially when another woman is seeking urgent assistance. Instead, they suggested I go to urgent care, even though they admitted they wouldn’t handle this kind of issue. The whole experience felt heartless and dishonest, which was really disappointing.
