As a flight attendant, who often has to get to the airport early, I appreciated the 24 hour schedule the store offers. And I had the pleasure of running into an associate named Alex, who was extremely helpful, funny, and kind. That man deserves a raise!

Very unpleasant visit. It’s basic retail knowledge to just finish listening to the customer’s concern first. Even if you are 1000% right as the employee for whatever reason. Customers aren’t always right but they should 100% be heard. This could’ve been all avoided if the associate was properly trained in customer service. Came in today to try to redeem a digital coupon for Walgreen that states that you could use in store at the cash register. An associate, likely a supervisor stepped in, explains that the coupon has to be a printed despite the digital coupon having a bar code to scan (which is weird because the coupon clearly states that it can be redeemed at any Walgreens/Duane Reade digitally or printed - sometimes certain stores make things difficult which is whatever to me). When I asked why, she states that it needs to be a physical copy so they can’t be duplicated and reused but that doesn’t make sense as the digital copy states that it can be printed as an option but can only be scanned once regardless of the version redeemed. Not to mention, you can print multiple coupons if you wanted to “exploit redemption” (to which I explained to her) but the associate snaps at me for asking for more clarification before I could even finish my first sentence. She snaps by saying that she has already explained this to me and that does she need to call a manager to explain this to me again. Very rude.

The pharamcy here is actually the worst. If i could give 0 stars i would. take over an hour to get your medicine ready and just talk to eachother and they literally dont care. Youre better off getting prescriptions from a smaller pharmacy. Theyre much faster and better people.

The worst pharmacy in the history of pharmacies! Whether you're in person standing on line, or waiting for someone to pick up the phone, be prepared to have breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and a nap on standby! On a scale of 1 to 10, I give them a minus zero! Stand clear.. you've been warned. Also, a pharmacist gave the wrong information about my prescription to a pharmacy in which I transferred to. Again, Beware!

Getting through to the store was an endeavor unlike anything. Upon finally getting a person on the phone -I was met with people mumbling , not paying attention to the circumstance being explained or speaking over me while muting the line to carry on the personal conversations they have going on despite clearly “trying to help a customer on the phone”. When speaking to the pharmacist Elizabeth Yoon she was top notch unprofessional. Her tone is abrupt and condescending. Repeatedly speaking over me and dismissive. Truly gross for a pharmacist “manager”Due to this pharmacies lack of customer service & incompetence my sick son had to start his meds 3 days later! Run - do not walk away from this circus. Disturbing - because these are the people we should be able to rely on when ill. To add insult to injury they didn’t even have the full dose of the meds and still tried to charge me full price! Unreal!
