Always a line here--both downstairs and the pharmacy. So be prepared to wait. The pharmacy is always out on something. Recently tried to get two vaccines, they were out of one of them so I just told them to cancel it altogether. I get it, it's a busy place due to the location. I still get my medicine here because they're the closest. They're pretty good with notifying you when your medicine is ready to be picked up.

My family experienced an extremely long wait for booster shot today, despite of no one else is waiting to get vaccinated. Waited over half hour past appointment time to receive the shot. The nurse who gave the vaccination shot has a bad attitude - didn’t even bother to tell us to wait 15 mins for observation purpose. Customer service training is certainly needed.

The salesperson on the second floor had a really bad attitude today. My Google search showed that this store had it in stock, so I walked over and bought it. The online price was $55.99. When I got to the store, I showed her a picture on my phone. It was the one I needed! Same brand, same color, only to find out the price on receipt when I got home after purchasing! ! ! OMG! What's worse is that I just sent it as a gift to someone else's house, and there's no way I can go back to someone else's house to get it back! I asked my husband to go to the store and ask her if she could take the receipt to refund the price difference, and she told us no! You must go there today with the goods and receipts, not tomorrow! ! ! bad attitude! Consider yourself unlucky! ! ! When a gift is given to someone’s home, it is impossible to pick it up again! ! ! I went to this pharmacy to get my son's prescription yesterday. I was explaining to the guy that it is capsule not tablet and that the doctor mixed up the prescription.the lady pharmacist wearing a white coat came just to tell me to get out of the way because there are a lot of people waiting.she could have said it nicely but she's rude.she made me feel like i'm not a customer like the other.she told me to move to the side which is nonsense because the guy pharmacist can't entertain another customer because he is trying to give me the prescription I need.excellent job for the new guy pharmacist but horrible customer service to the lady pharmacist wearing a white coat.will look for another pharmacy since this lady pharmacist treated me like i'm not a customer.

Horrible management skills. Everytime I go im second in line and 10 min later theres 15 people behind me. They work slow. Cvs is faster and better at managing/organizing the meds. I decided to come back the next day because even though they said it was ready it was not and I come the next day and guess what... still not ready. She said its because the system is asking for insurance but she knows the insurance does not cover it it tells you in the system. These people do not know their own system. They don't help even the elderly who need life saving medication. Hate this place was forced to come here for family members twice now. Go elsewhere. Warning. >:(
