First off it started from my initial call and from there it went on to consideration of my schedule and I felt at ease like I never felt before contacting so many other contractors. I had a great conservation with Mike and also spoke to Damien in the NY office and explained my situation with a company I used and they sent their best local tech within 2hrs we were back in action and my elderly mother actually jumped for joy. What can I say? The best of quality that is missing in the companies I called before is “no show” fair priced but what would you pay for comfort? By far the best experience I can attest to. Listen if you are shopping around, you get what you pay for theses guys are the best!

I am extremely happy with my experience with Dynamic Air… I have a complex commercial system servicing my apartment which is just below the roof. Three different HVAC contractors came to the apartment and every one of them said I need a new unit or even a new system which would cost almost six figures and that the existing water cooled chiller on the roof was not fixable. I found Dynamic via a referral from a trusted friend. Dynamic sent it’s veteran Dan S who said he is 98% confident he can get the system up and running and after a day and a half of tooling he delivered. HVAC guys know they have you by the balls and everyone goes for the upsell. These guys didn’t do that. I’m eternally grateful and can’t recommend them enough. These guys operate with integrity and commit to excellence.

Horrible Experience – Stay Away! If I could give zero stars, I would. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any company. We hired Dynamic Air to relocate one ductless split unit and raise another by about a foot during a full gut renovation. We met with the owner and explained exactly what we needed. His crew came to the property, told us what they need from us to prep for their job,but what followed was a disaster. Not only did they destroy the existing units, but they also ignored the open wall framing that was done to their specifications and ran the tubing on the exterior of the walls completely sloppy and unacceptable work. Cosmetically, it was a nightmare. Even worse, they started a fire in our home while soldering without proper protection. The spray foam insulation in the ceiling caught fire. They used our building’s hallway fire extinguisher to put it out but never told us. I only discovered the incident because of the smoke smell and burned insulation inside. When I brought all of this to the owner's attention and asked for the issues to be fixed, he got defensive. After a long back-and-forth, he agreed to a partial refund, but by then we had to bring in a new company, buy brand-new units, and spend even more money to fix the damage. This company was unprofessional, unsafe, and unaccountable. Avoid Dynamic Air at all costs.
