I've been going here for a few years. Will and his team is always kind and friendly and takes care of you. At first I was skeptical. Almost 99.99% of auto shops rip you off. Eventually the customers find out and they go out of business. I took my cars to countless shops and as soon as they do inspection they look for ANYTHING to find a reason to rip you off. Its so irritating because I know exactly what they're doing. So I leave only to find out it was totally unnecessary and costly! But from my experience, it's the opposite here. I brought my cars here. Will examined them and inspected them and didn't give me a bogus lie about things I didn't have to fix. If anything, the very first time I visited, he topped off my fluids no charge! He was super busy but made sure I was taken care of. And no I don't drive a luxury car. My car is 20 years old So of course next time he actually does say I need to fix something, I will trust him. I just got my car inspected today and as usual no nonsense. All his people are not grumpy. They are all energetic and sharp. Thanks for being kind Will.

Will at ET auto group did a fantastic job for my little mishap. Amazing paint blend, reasonable prices, quality work. Confident to take any future mishaps back for correction. Highly recommended! Edit: 1/27/21: on lease return, I (stupidly?) disclosed the work done to the lease return inspector - he said it was one of the best paint repair jobs he’d ever seen.

Looks brand new after the repair job. My Honda was vandalized, front & back windshields smashed, Antena removed, hood scratched, and driver side door frame dented. After looking into multiple shops, I went with ET auto because of a referral and reviews. William was kind enough to give me a initial estimate off photos and conversation. He gave me a break down and explanation of what was needed. He kept communication during whole repair process. When the job was done the car looked like it was never damaged. Cars were blocking the whole sidewalk on a snowy day. I was forced to walk into the street while carrying my baby. Slippery roads and no concern for pedestrian safety. Completely unacceptable.
