Getting into an accident is an inconvenience between dealing with your insurance company and trying to find a reputable auto body shop is not fun. East Coast Auto Plaza makes the experience that much easier. It's a very large shop, well run clean and organized. Everyone one I dealt with from Kathy at the front desk to Benny who handled my claim were polite and professional. Even their waiting room was comfortable and pleasant. The work was done in the time they estimated, and they kept in contact and gave updates throughout my time there. A big plus was the rental car company delivered the car there and I was able to drop it off back at the shop (one less thing to worry about) Would highly recommend this place to anyone if you need work done. They go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with their work. Nice job East Coast Auto Plaza for making the experience hassle free!

We took our car there because a truck rear-ended us. They are a Geico authorized body shop. They were courteous and professional throughout the whole process. They arranged for the rental company to pick us up(Enterprise). The repair was done perfectly and they also kept us in the loop to let us know what to expect and when the repair was to be completed. We highly recommend Bennie and his staff for a job Well Done!!

I can say that they are very good when it comes to quick repairs. I have a 2022 QX80 and was rear ended and Javier told me on 3/28/2025 that will have it buy 3/5/2025 but it was ready the day before. An I was on vacation from va. Will definitely recommend them to family and friends I know in nyc.

East Coast Auto Plaza did a fantastic job with the replacement of my rear driver's side quarter panel and rear bumper. My car was hit while parked and unattended and the damage was so much worse than I could guess from looking at it (first 4 pics), and when my insurance declared it a total loss, I chose to keep the car and move forward with repairs. As I navigated through that stressful process, my primary point of contact with ECAP was Benny, and found him to be so easy to work with - professional, courteous, and completely honest. He and the rest of the team also worked hard to stay on schedule to have my car ready to go for my Thanksgiving travels. and I'm so grateful for that. I won't hesitate to choose East Coast again if I need them in the future.
