11/25 Update: Its good when its hot. Especially on a cold fall day. The combination of white rice, chicken and brocolli soaked in that delicious brown sauce warms my body from the inside. Bae got the fried chicken. She only likes the skin so she saves me the meat. Score for me. Excellent chinese food take out. I got the beef and brocolli. Bae the four chicken wings with egg fried rice and onions.

Rating: 6/10 Date Last Visited: 10/12/2025 I ordered a beef dish and Chicken and Broccoli Combination ($12) with Pork Fried Rice and soup. The chicken and broccoli was pretty delicious - the chicken was not dry and there was a good amount of vegetables that tasted great. The fried rice itself was good too. The beef dish was a little underwhelming, as there were only a few pieces of beef, which made me feel like I was eating most veggies with a side of meat. This is a very classic Chinese takeout place, so don’t expect anything crazy. Since I live close to here, this place will definitely become a staple if I want takeout. For the price and quantity, this place is worth it. Overall, I would recommend this place if you want takeout near your area.

My Rangoons got delivered with no sauce were mushy and raw . It was disgusting. Mind you I asked her for extra crispy.

Very rude lady on the phone, she was yelling at me because i called her to see when would my order be delivered since it took more than an hour. The food arrived late and cold, and they gave me only 2 sauces for 2 orders…..

May 2025 Delivery order "Food quality has consistently been below average" especially when is ordered for delivery. Take the above comment " based on 7+ years of experience with them (on and off) and failing to be understood on what a customer expectations are about their service and quality of food". Feel free to judge yourself by the comparisson enclosed on one of the most recent appetizer dish ordered "Cold noodle with sesame sauce". Picture on the left shows East Garden Restaurant inside plastic delivery container " poorly executed " and the other picture shows customers' expectation on what is supposed to be delivered. Hopefully the restaurant management will take some actions to improve their product and service to keep their business afloat.
