East Side Tailor

I have been looking for a GOOD tailor around queens but could not find any. And since I’m in the city a lot, I decided to try to find one here and I didn’t find a good one… I FOUND A FANTASTIC ONE. I asked to get a pair of very wide jeans and wide navy striped pants hemmed and the job was immaculate. Stitching was so clean, lined up perfectly, like it came out of the factory for both. Turnaround time didn’t matter to me, so I always said I’ll return in a week, but I’m sure if you needed it, it could back way faster. I found my tailor for the foreseeable future and I’m very pleased with the work. (M, 27, (dress mainly in streetwear))

This place is really amazing. Franco and Mateo are two very talented, kind, and extremely hardworking guys. I lost a lot of weight ahead of my wedding, to the point that 2 of my 3 outfits didn't fit AT ALL. I took them to East Side Tailor just 4 days before my wedding and they did an amazing job. I was quite impressed by the quality of the work. They even had it ready ahead of time. Their pricing is also very reasonable. I really recommend this place, which will now be my go-to tailor shop.

I needed the length of the sleeves altered on my leather jacket and they did an amazing job. This was a difficult job because they couldn't take from the end or the shoulder. They had to take the sleeves apart and you can't tell that anything was altered. They respected all of the seaming that was already there. Great job!

They did a beautiful job with my dress, which had corseted boning and many layers including silk. It took two days longer than they originally told me but their pricing was reasonable and the work was worth the wait for a delicate piece. Would definitely recommend.

Brought a Raf Simons blazer here that was fitting a little too oversized to bring it in a little, instead he gave it a feminine waist. Tried taking it to another tailor and they did the best they can to fix it but still has a tapering waist to it. Blazer is ruined and can’t be worn by me now, gave it to my wife.
