What a ripoff! The plumber charged $92.54 including tax for a quote. They did nothing and gave a $700 quote to snake the bathtub drain. Another plumber charged $130 for the same job. East Village Plumbing is a big ripoff.

I tried twice in October 2020 to get this company to send a service technician to repair my wall mounted gas furnace. Twice they agreed to send someone during an agreed upon time window and both times no one showed up. The second time they were supposed to arrive between 11am and 12n on Saturday. After calling twice to get updates, they finally retuend my call at 1:30pm to inform me that no one was available that day. Extremely unprofessional and completely unreliable.
