They work with you. Very helpful. All the staff are so nice. It's a pleasure to shop as well as get my prescriptions.

I love this place. This is the first local, non-chain pharmacy I've ever used and I'm just so impressed with how helpful and efficient they are. They communicate with me! If they can't fill a prescription, they tell me! If a prescription is ready, they tell me! And their customer service towards the older population, from what I've seen, is so kind and patient and compassionate.

Drop by for a quick buy of a natural 1000mg vitamin C and Zinc, ended up having to choose better options! Very resonable prices, if not cheaper and you can choose at least 3 or more brands right next to each other. Small and compact store that carries different brands and options. Crew was very quick and polite to show me where the Vit was, he even left his tagging work and assist me! You could hardly have any of this awesome service in other stores in New York. I like the way they arrange the store, putting per brands on one shelve.

I have been going here ever since I moved to the neighborhood. I know everyone by name and by now everyone feels like family. I love their vitamin collection, all natural personal care items, and luscious lotions and soaps. Some of their prices are better than at any of the chain pharmacies! Support local independent businesses!

Wow....where do I start? Wish I didn't have to give them even one star. Something about me, is that I firmly believe in supporting local businesses rather than just ordering on Amazon, which is much easier. I went to this pharmacy with that ideology in mind. I ran down several blocks to get there. I arrive, find my item, and get in line to pay. Only 1 cashier working, people are lining up and no one is serving the customers. With all of us customers waiting, the one cashier gets on his phone and goes on and on chatting about someone who's pregnant, while we're all standing around with no service and time ticking. With mere minutes to go and get kids from school I asked a nice lady ahead of me if I could pay next for my one item. I knew I'd be quick also. She was kind and said yes. The male cashier finally finishes his phone conversation, which was rude and arrogant of him, and I was next in line. He looked at me and immediately attempted to ignore me and summon another customer who was not even next in line. The woman behind me was. She was there before the man the cashier summoned ahead of me and others who were waiting. He ignored us all and selected the man. I said, excuse me sir, I'm next. And I handed the cashier my money and my item. This absolutely nasty piece of work for a cashier looked at my money like it was dirt. He was looking at the front of the money, the back and then began scanning it and looking annoyed, as if it were going to turn into a snake. It was a crisp new bill. The problematic cashier then paused and said he could not ring anything up because of ?? I asked him if he could ring up my item because I had to pick up children. THAT SET HIM OFF! He turned into an angry, loud, screaming monster. He just let out all of his nastiness, dark energy, and rabid anger out on me, a customer who has supported their business a few times. The cashier had NO RESPECT for me, nor any of the other customers standing around waiting and waiting. He screamed and acted his nastiest without thought that other customers would see his behavior and be turned off. If the other customers are smart, they'll know that one day he'll show that vile nastiness to them! Imagine getting all crazy angry because a customer merely asked if you, a cashier, could ring up their item. This experience has opened my eyes to NEVER FEEL GUILT ABOUT ORDERING ON AMAZON again. If small businesses lose out, it's likely their own fault. If you treat your customers well, they'll return. If not, they'll never ever do business with you again. Lastly, THE OWNER OF THE PLACE WAS PRESENT while her cashier was acting like a scary maniac and she did NOTHING. No wonder he felt no incentive to show some class. LIKE I SAID, I WILL NEVER EVER EVER RETURN TO THIS HORRIBLE PLACE. THIS is why Amazon is so popular. I used to order everything on Amazon. I will go back to that. It felt horrible interacting with the monster worker and owner in east village prescription center. Had I not gone there intending to support small business, I could have avoided this horrible experience.
