I had a great experience at East Village Smiles! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I came in for a cleaning and some additional dental work, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. The dentist was extremely gentle throughout the entire procedure, taking the time to explain everything and make sure I was comfortable. It’s clear they truly care about their patients. I highly recommend East Village Smiles to anyone looking for a professional, kind, and attentive dental team!

I have always found this practice to be clean, efficient, friendly, and professional! They have been great at accommodating last-minute dental needs, following up quickly about procedures and questions, and giving me solid recommendations about my care. Highly recommend!

1. Hostile, unfriendly, unprofessional, lacking basic respect in patient care. 2. Staff arriving late was repeatedly treated as acceptable, while patients were strictly threatened with cancellation and penalty fees for any delay. When I sought clarification about the conflicting late policies — with the appointment email clearly allowing a 12-minute grace period — the front desk responded harshly and without providing a clear explanation. 3. Post-operative care was non-existent: after undergoing a major procedure with anesthesia, no aftercare instructions were provided. 4. Communication from Dr. Verma was rushed, dismissive, and at times hostile, even when I was recovering from anesthesia after more than one hour long dental procedure. 5. Front desk staff were evasive, unprofessional, and made scheduling unnecessarily confusing and stressful. Overall, visiting this clinic has been one of the most stressful and unprofessional healthcare experiences I have ever had. Would not recommend this clinic to anyone seeking respectful, transparent, or competent care.

Very disappointing experience - she tried to push a root canal and 6-8 fillings on me - upon getting a second opinion, only 20% of what Dr Verma recommended was actually needed. She also tried to push veneers/caps on me when all I asked for was invisalign. Front desk lady was also quite unpleasant. Glad I escaped and did not follow through on her treatment plan.
