Neat and low traffic. My nephew referred me to this branch because they have a lot of free parking lots. It is a joyful visit, people are nice here.

Have had personal and commercial accounts with Eastwest for over 15 years. Specially come to this branch for the lower volume and parking. Transactions are usually quick and efficient. I would make an appt with Jessica if opening an account, she is always eager to help, responsive and professional.

The quality has gone down in the years I've used them. They recently mishandled a payment, if it weren't for me checking on it and calling their main California office to check the status, it would've gone late with penalties. The branch person refused to acknowledge and fix this, they acted defensively. People skills matter in a customer facing role, you don't double down and stare down your customer who just wants to complete a transaction and carry on. If you have business beyond regular checking and savings, I recommend calling the main bank phone line or website to get the proper information before acting on it in person. Otherwise just go to Chase for more consistent service with more people on hand.

Terrible place! Every time i go they ask me open accounts or to invest. No matter how many time i tell them no its the same story over and over. So recently found out that its the branch mangers doing and that if they don't harass customers they can potential loss their jobs.Shame on the branch manager for doing this to your customer and to your employees. Advise anyone who trying to open bank accounts here to psychologically prepare to be harassed non-stop.
