The front desk does not have good communication and seems too eager to hang up the phone. I had to call multiple times before they were even seemingly willing to help me. However! Our new accountant Laney is amazing. My family and I truly appreciate her efforts in helping us, reaching out to us, updating every step of the way. The 5 stars are for her exceptional service.
