You don’t have to print out your online transaction. A service representative will visit the bus stop and issue the ticket about 20 min ahead. I was satisfied with the service overall. Be mindful there could be a delay.

Keep in mind, this is my experience and subject to opinion. I travel back and forth between DC and NYC and i am from India. Let me begin saying, i thought the third world country bus service was bad, but this was just beyond that. First the bus was an hour late, which i a agree was or could be due to travel or other uncontrollable situations. Second, there was no A/C or air ventalation and the temperature was 95+ degrees outside. Needless to say people were getting sick, including me, because of the lack of air. Third, the bathroom made me want to cry. It was not maintained at all, and was so scary that when ever someone opened the door it made people in the back vomit. The return trip was better, but consitency of the lack to attention to the bathroom is unacceptable. In summary, i am going to try another bus service and let us see if it will be a better option, because this service was just disgusting.

Arrive 5 minutes before the bus was supposed to leave, waited in a line next to the bus. I watched the driver sell tickets to people in front of me who had cash (I had purchased my ticket online months in advance) - and was then informed that the bus was full and I'd have to wait for a later bus. When I explained that I had a ticket for the earlier bus, the people working told me that I was "in the wrong line". No one ever communicated that there was more than one line, there were no signs, and no one asked me if I had a ticket before they sold my seat to someone else. No refund/compensation was offered, and when I talked to the 'customer service' rep, she yelled at me and repeated "You're lying, I don't believe you" - once I asked for a refund. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use this company. They're unprofessional and rude.

The driver is so rude. When we left at a rest area after 10 min. break, the driver did not wait for one of passengers. He was left there alone. Bad thing was all passengers claimed that situation, but the driver ignored our claim.
