I do not recommend this place. Very unprofessional. They borderline shouldn’t even be in the business if they think they don’t need a vacuum to deep clean an apartment. These other reviews I feel are fake accounts. Everybody knows you need a vacuum to properly clean. Also 1 roll of paper towels is not enough to clean a studio apartment yet alone anything else. WASTE OF TIME! I ENDED UP CLEANING MYSELF!!!! I called for a deep clean after having our ceilings repaired from water damage. I asked for a deep clean and told them I had dust every where from the sanding done on sheet rock. They said no problem we can send someone tomorrow. They asked if I had a bucket which I said yes I do. They never mentioned having to supply vacuum or mop. Fast forward to the day they were scheduled. I see a women waiting for elevator. She was carrying 1 roll of paper towels and some pledge. When I realized it was the cleaning lady I asked her where her supplies were? Or vacuum or mop. She replied that she didn’t need a vacuum. I showed her my apartment which was covered I mean covered in dust. I instructed her that there was NO way she could clean my apartment without a vacuum. She kept telling me she could, I mean yea maybe 15 hours laters. If you want some shady cleaning service who expects you to pay 70$ an hour who do not bring basic supplies than call eco cleaning. No cleaning should come to location without a mop,vacuum and cleaning supplies unless that is discussed prior. I sent the lady home knowing she did not come prepared like a real cleaning service would do. I believe they sub out any work they get to whoever is available.
