Nina is an outstanding physical therapist whose talent and compassion make every session truly healing. Her assistant Sasha is equally amazing—caring, supportive, and attentive in every detail. And I can’t forget Margarita, who answers the phone with such warmth and professionalism. She’s incredibly attentive, makes scheduling effortless, and always ensures you feel cared for from the very first call. Together, this team is absolutely exceptional. They go above and beyond, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly!!!

had a wonderful experience with Dr. Natalie and her assistant Miriam. Dr. Natalie is professional, knowledgeable, and makes you feel comfortable and well taken care of. Miriam is kind, attentive, and always goes out of her way to assist with anything I need. Together they create a welcoming and supportive environment, and I truly appreciate their care and dedication. Highly recommend!

They advocated for me to to Ultrasound and MRI they didn’t dismiss that which I’m thankful for but the language barrier is a big problem I need my doctor to speak to me and I understand What they’re saying not so informative on treatment the wait time is horrible if your appointment is at 2pm you’re getting seen at 5pm because there’s over 10 people ahead of you not so organized there’s no Access to a patient portal no MyChart which is a big issue i love the doctors assistant Miriam she’s god sent I love her with everything but other than that I won’t continue care here it’s very chaotic and super high volume I found a place that doesn’t have Long wait time and it’s crowded and too much I’d say they’re good to start your journey for health but as far as long term I don’t recommend

This place is not professional, the doctors and specialists may be good, but the secretaries overbook the issues and on top of that, they make you wait most of the time for two hours or more, which is unheard of! I have taken my uncle for his follow-up appointments three times and it has been the same, they give him the appointment at 11am and at 2pm they still have not called him. You asked them why is such a long time wait and they said you have to be patience!!! My uncle is diabetic, we had to leave the last appointment because after three hours they did not call him and they asked us to be patience! I have never experienced anything like this, this place is terrible! Another thing is they give appointments with neurologists or doctors who are not even in the building at the time of the appointments. I changed my uncle's neurologist. I do not recommend this place at all. I worked in healthcare and this issue is unacceptable!
