The store is very very dirty, seems like they haven't mopped since Christmas! Low quality meat, every time my family gets meat from here we are always sick. There prices are so cheap, I wonder why??? thats because its very low quality meat, probably full of antibiotics and hormones! Don't buy meat here folks, pay more for better quality!

The store hours say 7:00pm. I’m here at 645pm and they literally kicked me as I was entering the door yelling that they are closed. The boss must not be here because these guys were rude! To think they would value their customers. This definitely was a bad experience.

Horrible customer service. The cashier treated me bad and the butcher did not give me what asked for! When I asked them to please fix it for me they immediately said no! Nothing to do! I just threw away $40.00. I am very sad, mad and disappointed at this place! I use to shop here every week! Im definitely not going back!

Employees are rude and unprofessional. The meat quality is below standard and taste. I would rather go to El Gauchito meat market and restaurant and paid a little more for better quality of meats.

Horrible experience, brought a $307 dollars of lechon, they messed it up making it salty when it wasn’t supposed to be. Another person told them it’s true and instead of correcting the issue or accommodating somehow they just simply said no, people will eat it. I used to order from here and it was never like this. It’s sad and I don’t understand how they just make horrible food and sell it off like they don’t care. Also made me bring the lechon so they can try it and still couldn’t accommodate their mistake.
