I’m a current a resident at this facility who is about to be discharged tomorrow. I’m so happy, grateful and thankful for this rehab center And their staff members. I had a surgery two months ago, and I decided to be transported to this facility for my rehabilitation phase, I do not regret my decision. From day one that I arrived I met the social workers, they works together as one team to assist me and my family with emotional support, they addressed all my questions and concerns. thanks to Marissa, and Angelica, For their help and support during this process. I also want to say thanks to the physical therapists department, everyone at this department works together to help me walk through this difficult and painful phase. They made sessions more enjoyable and productive . Thanks Mani, Andres, nafissa and the Entire team From PT depth. All the Nurses and CNAs staff from the 6th, thanks to Charles, barbara and Carla. Thanks to Kenan from recreation team, “your are amazing.”I will miss you guys. I do recommend this place, they are amazing and thanks to the facility’s administrator Mr. Yossi. Thanks for your service, dedication and hard work. Thanks everyone.!!

I stayed at Elmhurst Care Center while recovering from knee replacement surgery, and overall, it was a very positive experience. The rehab staff was excellent, and about 95% of the health aides were kind, attentive, and professional. The facility was clean and well-run, which helped make my recovery smoother. The food could use some improvement, and there were a few aides who weren’t as friendly—but those were exceptions. Special thanks to Barbara, Diana, Charles, Lora, Carla, and my physical therapist Andres—they truly made a difference in my healing process. I’m grateful for their care and would recommend Elmhurst to others needing rehab support.

This place is horrible especially for the elderly. My family member came here for what they have the audacity to call "Rehab" and almost didn't make it out of there alive. Due to their incompetence and failure to properly treat and monitor him he was taken to the ER twice within a 24 hour period. Clearly this was all terrible for his recovery, he only got worse here. They wanted more info about an honest review I left and the social worker called me acting completely unhinged, yelling about and refusing to take accountability for the failures of this facility to keep their residents safe and promote healing. This reaction shows me this is likely not an isolated incident. This place is a sinking ship, if you care about your loved one bring them anywhere else and don't let them go down with it.

Upon visiting my uncle R.B 84year old with Alzimers and Dementia. Note not enough time for patient to eat, aides rushing patients to finish so they can clean. No one assisting patient yo eat their meal. Leaving medicine on table for patient to drink and patient not able to eat their own food by themselves, sow u expect for to drink the medicine.
