I've been a frequent customer of this pharmacy for several years and I have complete confidence in the work ethic and professionalism. They treat you like friends or a family member honestly. That's cliche as that may sound I promise you the staff over there are fantastic. I don't see a reason for me to use any other pharmacy by the way I live in the Bronx in this location is in Queens yet I travel to pick up my prescription every month. They have a delivery services also very good except I'm patient so I go and pick it up personally and I get a chance to see the staff so if that's any indication ?choose Elmhurst pharmacy. Thank you

Better and cheaper than corporate competitors. They sell the generic brand medicine at a better price than eg Walgreens brand. The pharmacist is a very kind and knowledgeable man and the rest of the staff are always kind and helpful. This is a local business and it is well worth spending your money here, especially since you'll spend less than at corporate competitors.

I am writing to share my disappointment regarding a recent Amazon return experience at the store location. Yesterday, I dropped off two return packages. The female employee on duty instructed me to simply leave the packages on a cupboard although I requested to scan. She did not scan the items, which unfortunately resulted in me not receiving a return receipt for one of the packages, and I now fear that item is lost which is expensive iPhone. This contrasts sharply with the male employees, who have always been helpful and willing to scan my packages when requested. I find the female employee's lack of diligence and rude since she hang up on me when I am trying to solve my lost item. UPS still not yet received the package and am very disappointed with this service and the potential loss of my return. Very bad experience

She did not scan the items, which unfortunately resulted in me not receiving a return receipt for one of the packages, and I now fear that item is lost. I find the female employee's lack of diligence concerning and believe her unwillingness to complete the required scanning procedure contributed directly to this problem. I am very disappointed with this service and the potential loss of my return. Very bad experience

I’ve been coming here for so many years to buy stuff every once in a while but the customer service gets worse by the day. The women here always have an attitude and they are rarely willing to help and if they do it’s because I’m loud about it yet the guys in the night are great. It’s sad that now I have to find myself looking for another place after so many years attending here but I can’t deal with those girls and their ugly energy. Disgusting, I don’t recommend this place anymore
