11am appointment it’s 1:30pm no one see us. OB ultrasound department irresponsible. No time manor. Stuffs you know you cannot see patients on time keep some gap between appointments. At 11am 4 people scheduled an no one be called. All pregnant women the cannot OB department giving hard time. Fix the time management just not scheduled unnecessarily and seat uncomfortably.

Horrible staff never come here go to flushing instead

I have a very worst experience here. My son broke his arm born. Firstly we went to queens hospital they refer us this hospital. And when we went there we had to wait for 4 to 5 hours for doctor. He is just 10 year old kid he was in pain for whole night and hungry also. When we asked a nurse to ask him to give him some food to eat. She said that your son is not going to die if doesn’t eat. She literally used that language. And after waiting for whole night after their process end we asked a nurse for the medicine she was laughing.

They never respect patient time, I understand sometimes you have to wait for your appointment but 3 hours of waiting is too much, given the fact if you’re pregnant 3 hours of sitting down is too long. What’s the used of the appointment or scheduled time if they are still not follwing it. They scheduled too many patients that they can’t handle when you asked the reception they don’t know what to tell you they just tell you to wait cause they don’t know. This happens ALL THE TIME in the Ultrasound/sonogram 5th floor. Why? Why do you schedule people at 1pm and it’s 3:39pm now I’m still sitting down and not called yet. Some pregnant woman end up getting hungry waiting for the appointment that the waiting time takes forever. Please do better.

This is the worst excuse for a Hospital I have ever seen. Came into ER with extreme pain in right ear with blood coming out of it ear We have now been in the waiting room for 6.5 hours. Not a single person in this facility can give us any answer as to what’s going on. Was triaged 2 hours after arriving. Then not one word from from anyone on staff for 4 hours. Stay as far as possible from this place if you want a facility to put your Heath first. Just disgusting
