Elmhurst University

Really nice campus and a nice downtown area that is walking distance. Very nice professors and the small campus vibe is very nice. There are many resources here to students to utilize.

Currently a student, I adore this university. Inclusive, fun events, good professors. They want their students to succeed and offer many resources (academic, accommodations, mental health services, and more). As a student with a physical disability, I have been accepted and supported by faculty and other students. Genuinely love it here and look forward to continuing my academic journey at EU.

I enjoyed my time at Elmhurst University mostly; I feel as though it has several opportunities despite it being a smaller university. I transferred here from a community college after earning my associate degree and received several generous merit scholarships to attend this school. I mostly attended psychology and biology courses here; there psychology curriculum was quite expansive, although admittedly, their biology courses required filing a petition to enter every semester given that the volume of students in the biology program exceeded the courses available (e.g., 3 to 5 “upper-level” biology classes offered with a total of 15 to 20 seats open each, but over 100 students with degree focuses requiring these classes). The school is quite beautiful in the fall and winter. With the addition of their new health sciences building, I anticipate the school will continue to grow and expand its scope. Grateful for the opportunity to have been a Bluejay 🎓🩵

My experience in this University has been great! The campus is pretty safe and the community is very welcoming and kind. Classes have been great as well, professors do go above and beyond to help with what you need. There are tons of different clubs you can join and Greek life is awesome. I highly recommend attending this university.

I don't go here, but the tuition is ridiculous for a mediocre program. However, it brings a lot to the city, from housing to businesses in the downtown area. Nice campus, well kept, with a decent library and paths. Nice to have around.
