Took in a couple coats - 1 for repair the other for cleaning. I just got the repaired one and he did a good job. Seems like a nice, experienced tailor.

I needed a difficult alteration for a sweater with lace flower sleeves. I was very happy with the quality of Joe's work! Highly recommend for any tailoring. He is very professional and kind.

Fixed holes in two pairs of jeans, and one torn pocket. Jeans look good as new.

good repair, decently fair price. however ely managed to call me (19 y old woman) beautiful maybe 30 times in a 5 minute interaction. Said he had a “young heart.” EW ELY!! thought he’d succeed when I picked the jeans up but he managed to throw one “baby” out on my way out the door. Damn

Absolutely awful service. Joe is a decent tailor, but he's also aloof and lazy. As for the dry cleaning services, I recommend going anywhere but here. After 4+ years of giving Joe my tailoring business, I brought in a day-old black perforated leather skirt with a brightly colored lining and asked that he spot clean a stain on the lining where some soup had leaked on me. Not only did he charge $65 for that and a basic blouse (seriously!) but it is now a month later and he still has the skirt. Apparently, after not listening to my directions about spot cleaning the lining, he sent the skirt to his "leather guy" who he described to me as "old and lazy" and who proceeded to clean the leather right on top of the lining, even though the two layers are easy to separate, so that the black dye from the leather turned the entire lining a murky gray; since the lining is a visible part of the skirt, it's effectively ruined. I have been into the store and called at least six times and at this point I am seeking a full refund for the skirt which he still hasn't returned to me. Worse yet is that every time I complain about how long he's had the skirt, he just shrugs and giggles. Time to retire, buddy.
