Excellent. Martin helped me register today. The staff are excellent. Martin even took the elevator down stairs with me and introduced me to the women who will help me with phase 2 of registering. I think they are the best Emblem office in NYC. I know about customer service -- Google Dr Fagelman assault -- see a youtube of a running punch to my head a hole in my retina and he didn't fire his violent lying attack receptionist at 155 spring st. It is traumatizing but FYI I feel safe at the Chinatown offices of Emblem -- really good actually excellent customer service. They also gave me cold water and a touching dog calendar... Emblem great caring customer service and I know because Dr Fagelman is the worst where I am a victim of years of lying watch the video violence and lies.
I love this location. I am taking up Tai Chi and Yoga classes here weekly. I enjoy it, the Employees are very welcoming. As long as classes are being held here, I'll be Continuing to stand in good health Mentally & Physically
JESS (male) AND Jazzy (female)? Were very helpful to contact the hospital who clumsily told me their provider were in network with my insurance coverage which turns out OUT of network. Both of them help me dealt with the issue almost half a day and connected me to the hospital representation and advocated on my behalf.
The worst insurance company ever!!! They provide me with names for providers never in their network, they have so bad experience, so bad phone communication and all information they gave me, if they did so, is completely wrong The “worst” is a nice word to describe this insurance company, actually they deserve more mean words to show how bad they are!!!! If there is a negative rating I would like to add it to their review!!!!
The hold is more than 1 hour and whenever I am transferred to a Rep the call ends because noone wants the call. Its insanee!!!!!!!!! I am officially making a complaint with the INSURANCE COMMISSIONER. I have been trying to get claims reprocessed that are denying in error and whenever I do get some it's just 3 claims and I have to call and call and call and call all over again. Horrible ins company
