Emperor Dumpling

My colleague mentioned this new place to try for lunch so we went not thinking much of it, but when we walked in it was so cute and surprisingly big! The decor was modern and clean with nice asian touches. My colleague ordered their Mongolian Beef while I had their Pork/Shrimp dumpling and they were both so, so good! The beef wasn’t too salty and the meat was savory while the dumplings were loaded with pork and shrimp in every bite! So glad we found a new goto lunch spot!

Incredible value. Great food and generous portions. My brother and I were extra hungry and wanted to try a little of everything so we got a bunch of dumplings, a rice bowl, and some rolls. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the beef and broccoli bowl, which really hit the spot. The dumplings were my favorite. We got pork and chive, chicken, and shrimp. I would definitely recommend this spot for a quick, quality meal. I’ll be coming back.

I posted here about a concern regarding packaging about a week ago, and the owner responded, and I went back to the establishment today, and they’ve taken steps to fix the issue! I appreciate it. Before, the lid hadn’t fit on and the sauce spilled in the bag. Now, the bag is tied around the bowl, and that bag is put into another paper bag! Enjoyed my meal today heavily. Thanks!

I have visited various Emperor Dumpling locations in Manhattan, but I found that the Mongolian beef at this particular location has a different flavor that I did not enjoy. As a result, I was unable to finish my meal. I hope that the owner will consider my feedback and adjust the menu to align more closely with the flavors offered at the other locations.
