I had a great experience at the Cadillac service department. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all my questions were answered. The service was efficient and handled with great care. I truly appreciate their attention to detail and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience buying my car here! The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and never pushy. Cadillac service of LIC, efficient and quick experience. Working with Kathy was great, she stayed on top of the service, send me updates and informed me when the vehicle was ready to pick up. I would recommned the location to anyone who's looking to service their vehicle and speak with Kathy the advisor.
Cadillac is a premium brand, but this service department is not.
I came in for an oil change, but no oil was added while the system was reset to show 100% oil life. A few days later, my car warned “Engine Oil Low.”
When I returned at my scheduled time, they refused to inspect my car, said they were too busy, and dismissed me after learning my vehicle was used for Uber.
Another dealer shop later confirmed the engine oil was nearly empty — proving the oil change was never done.they give me the paper said I can go back to ask for refund… but still no one take care of…until I wrote the google review…the service department call me back ask me delete it and
promised will following my case and give the refund and credit to me….More than a year later, I have received nothing — not even a refund.
This is not just bad service, it’s negligence.
How can a company as large as Cadillac allow this level of service?
I hope the department can connect me you have my record…
