Jennifer, Vanessa and the team were amazing! They did a move-in cleaning for me and were very thorough. The past tenants did not take good care of the space, and Empire Cleaning & Pro Services helped make my new place feel fresh and comfortable once they finished their work. No spot was left uncleaned, and I will be using them again, plus recommending them to friends and family!

This review comes from a full-time working parent with three children. I can’t begin to explain on how relieved I feel to have hired Jennifer and her staff to clean my fairly large home. Working a full 9-5 job this is one of the life ‘s biggest reliefs that I can have. She was responsive, quick to answer my questions, worked with my hours and schedule & showed up with her staff of four people & made the production an entirely seamless process. They did not miss a spot they met all my requests with cleaning certain parts of my home that took a little more time & there was no hesitation to do it. I hired Empire Cleaning to deep clean two bathrooms and a kitchen, and they went above and beyond! Not only was everything left spotless, but days later I’m still discovering little touches they added—things I never would have thought to clean myself. Their coordination was fantastic too, from clearly explaining the scope of work upfront to being flexible with scheduling. All of this at a very fair price. Highly recommend!

We had a deep cleaning done and they were very thorough and came supplied with their own tools to move quickly and efficiently. I am considering using their services on a recurring schedule. They were very open to feedback and improving for next time and I love that!!

Jennifer and her cleaning crew came saved our day!!! We told her how we hired a deep cleaning crew for our post-construction home and she just like us was horrified to see how they left our home with dust etc. Empire Cleaning Crew made sure to do a walk through with us before our cleaning service was done and followed up with a walk through post cleaning! They are worth every penny! I look forward to using them again!
