This place is the best place for follow up. This pandemic situation, I tried to cancel my flight ticket, they kept following my tickets and assisted me. The person, 헤나이사님, she is very kind all the time when I called to her. Definitely I recommend this agent to my friends and to you!

Dishonest, ruthless and not to be used. My elderly parents used this company to book tickets for a college reunion. My father became unexpectedly ill and needed emergency heart surgery. As a result of the doctors orders, my father will be unable to take his trip abroad. We called the agency and they basically LIED to us and said the airlines (Delta and Korean Air) would not give us a refund and we would have to forfeit the entire $3K tickets. We called each airline individually, and they BOTH offered a full refund but unfortunately we had to still pay Empire Travel a processing fee of $200-300! This company clearly is dishonest and cares nothing for their customers. Do NOT use them, unless you like flushing your money down the toilet.
