This is a family owned business run by 3 family members. Though they don't speak a lot of English, they've all been nothing short of polite towards me. Good service in this place 👍👍

Great family. But machines needs upgrading. Very little water in washer, no hot water at all. Dryers are new but no lint removal. Pet hairs are still on clothes after drying.

Dropped of my laundry and watched her put it on the scale. She said it was .60 a lb and charged me $15. I watched her put it on the scale and it was 15lbs. I went home and weighed it myself and it was 15lbs. She charged me for 25lbs. Just be careful because they will scam you. If you need to raise your prices raise your prices don’t scam me.

Customer service is very bad and workers don’t speak English

Hello! I’m somewhat reluctant to leave the review because I didn’t actually use the services, they may be great. So I’m in my last trimester of pregnancy and I was in desperate need of the restroom. The lady at the desk saw me checking a room in the back (it wasn’t the restroom) and came up. I asked her if they have a restroom. She said no. When I turned to head outside I saw the restroom. I asked her if I could use it. She said no. I asked again saying that I really need it ‘cause I’m pregnant. She said no. I know that restrooms in laundries are for customers only and never try to break the rules. But I was quite desperate. So I got offended and here’s the review 😏
