I had an important, 4 page file I desperately needed printed. I walked in off the street (you enter through a hardware shop) and was directed to a desk in the back, sidetracked only by petting the sweetest dogs. The man was able to read my second flash drive (pretty sure I goofed up on copying the file to the first one) and had the four pages printed while I stood there and handed everything back to me. It was so fast and easy, and I really really appreciate the help and service I received.

This is a five star++ printing company. Our school needed a company to print our school yearbooks, brochures, programs and bookmarks. Our yearbook club was creating it and we just needed printing. I chose Endeavor because they were local and we wanted to give our business to a local community company. Brian and his team are exceptional! Easy to work with, quick response time and willing to help any way they can to make the process as smooth as possible. That is just during the process, their product was top notch! The hard cover yearbook was beautiful with excellent quality binding, paper and color! We are so happy with the outcome and will continue to be a loyal customer. I highly recommend Endeavor for ALL you printing needs!

Walked in with a job to print 250 folded brochures, came out with what I needed 45 minutes later. Great results!

They are truly the worst customer service, the worst and most disrespectful management, of any printer I’ve ever worked with in my 20+ years of printing books, periodicals, magazines, flyers. If I could give one star, I would. There was a time when, for years, they were the exclusive printer of my books, but they abused my trust so harshly, so severely, that I now pray they get taken out of business. They’ve never even bothered to apologize for what they did, or express condolences in any way. On a routine ask for a quote, which is something I need to do before I proceed on any print order, they answered me with the rudest email I've ever gotten from a printer, or any company for that matter. They accused me of gouging them, FOR ASKING THE PRICE, MIND YOU. I get asked the price of my services all the time, it’s why I have price tags on my products. They accused me of trying to make them go lower- AGAIN, FOR ASKING A QUOTE. IT IS A NORMAL THING TO ASK FOR A QUOTE. I tried to email for clarification and they still wouldn't give me a quote, just more accusations. I don't need this. No price saving is worth this, not even the convenience of being in the same city is worth this. I trusted these people for 2 years and was sad and horrified that they would suddenly attack me this way (AND I DO MEAN ATTACK), I am a member of the local community and I thought of this as my local printer, but i would pay more and go out of state to be treated with basic respect. Nobody, literally nobody needs to be spoken to the way endeavor spoke to me and it is not ok. Let’s work together as a community to put this organization out of business, because they don’t need to be here and nobody needs to be abused this way, especially after being a loyal customer 2 years.
