Dr. Lisa Eng is one of the best OB/GYNs I have been to. Dr. Eng completed the removal and insertion of a new Nexplanon implant quickly and efficiently, much quicker than my last practitioner did. She did this all while giving me an in-depth history of the implant and her practice. You can clearly tell she cares a lot about her job and patients, and that her decades of experience show.
Yes, sometimes the receptionists will be a little disorganized and busy, but that is the life of an independent practitioner's office.
