This was my first eye exam, and from the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by a warm and professional team. Dr. Ma was extremely patient, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the visit. The wait time was minimal, and the clinic was spacious, spotless, and well-designed, which really enhanced the experience.
