I love this place. I think this is the best dentist office in flushing. I had my root canal and crown done here and my wisdom tooth pulled here. Both time with no pain at all. Front desk girl is nice and pretty with great attitude.

DO NOT GO HERE. The older dentist that they had was great, and I had a wonderful experiences with her, But the new one is awful. I went for an extraction and They barely numbed me, I felt every inch of pain (Not Pressure, I felt literally everything). And they had a male assistant holding me down. I was screaming and crying and not an ounce of Bedside manner. Do not go here For anything surgical.

This place is absolutely horrible! I had to have three cavities filled here and she first began to not put any local anesthesia at all and began to drill and proceeds to tell me that majority don’t use anesthesia. Now that was a red flag and I would have left if she hadn’t drilled into my tooth already. She gave me three shots of anesthesia and it still hurt. Proceeds to work on someone else for a good 45 minutes and then come back with an assistant that had to hold me down for the procedure what the heck. That’s horrible and not a way to treat someone! Never will I come back. She also had drilled very deep and now I need a root canal. Horrible don’t come here at all

Four years ago, I had one of my first experiences here, and it has haunted me till now. I had a decaying tooth that had been attacking the nerve, prompting a root canal. I made the mistake of delaying the surgery because of busyness, so I ended up needing to find an emergency dentist due to the unbearable amount of pain I developed. I came here pretty late on a 6pm of a weekday to get it done. When the surgery began, I couldn't even fathom the amount of pain I'd been in. Local anesthesia never seemed so futile. My whole body flared up and entered fight or flight mode, triggered by the burning of what seemed like flame torched needles stabbing into my tooth. I'm not usually one to complain, being proud of my pain tolerance, but I can confidently describe this as the worst pain I've ever felt in my life. Dr. Zhou told me that she'd count down from 10 and the pain would be over. It's not an exaggeration when I say that she waited at least 20 seconds before counting down to the next number. My mom, who couldn't bear to continue being a bystander of my discernible pain, started yelling at her in Chinese, but Dr. Zhou just continued counting. The correct approach would have been to give me another shot of anesthetic inside the tooth but I guess Dr. Zhou was just so eager to get off of work and wasn't willing to waste another unit of anesthesia or wait the 10 minutes for it to kick in. She didn't even finish the root canal or fill it in temporarily. She left the tooth open so that when I brushed my tongue over it, I could feel the many tips of the rubber fillings which I guess were the things I described as needles earlier. She told me to schedule another appointment to come back and finish it and short version: who would've guessed that I ended up getting a sh*tty fitted crown.

The worst dental clinic ever, waited there for 2 hours and the incompetent dentist was not willing to remove front tooth for the elderly. When we made the appointment, we told them it was for the elderly without any symptoms. Such a shady practice, avoid as all costs. No wonder they got the lowest rating! If you need us to fill out any medical form to evaluate the physical health of the elderly, please inform us, rather than having us wait in your smelly place and turned us away.
