Everbrook Academy of Manhattan (Murray Hill)

We have used Everbrook as daycare for our infant and back-up care for our older kids (pre-k & kindergarten) and have been incredibly impressed with both programs. Of utmost importance to me, I know that my children are safe and well-cared for when they are at Everbrook. My youngest is in the older infant’s class. He happily walks in each morning to greet his teachers and friends. I can tell from his eagerness to start each day that he feels happy and safe at Everbrook. The learning activities are creative and age-appropriate. It is truly impressive to see how the teachers can keep the young infant/toddlers engaged in circle time activities! Our son has grown so much developmentally and socially since starting at Everbrook thanks to this high-quality care. My older children have participated in back-up care and despite only attending a few days when the DOE is closed, the teachers take the time to get to know each child and learn about their interests. They do fun “themed” activities (e.g., making a Mexican sundial during Hispanic Heritage month or learning about voting on election day) and also get time to run around on an indoor play structure. We have truly had wonderful experiences with each and every classroom teacher. Communication with the classroom teachers and leadership is very easy, both in person and via email/app. I see leadership on site every day! Breakfast, lunch, and snack are provided and based on my older children’s feedback it is “SO GOOD!” The facility is clean and cheerfully decorated. We are grateful to have found safe, reliable childcare at Everbrook and highly recommend it to others.

The teachers are truly amazing—warm, friendly, and incredibly flexible. They create such a positive and caring environment that our baby is always excited and happy to be there. We also love that the school has cameras, which gives us extra peace of mind during the day. And honestly, it’s so fun to peek in and see our little one enjoying activities, playing, and interacting with the teachers. Communication is excellent, the routines are thoughtful, and you can tell they genuinely love what they do. We feel very grateful to have found a place where our baby is so well cared for. Highly recommended.

The teachers take really good care of my son. They provide updates, pictures and videos throughout the week of the activities they do with the kids. My son’s development since attending Everbrook has improved significantly.

We LOVE Everbrook! The teachers really partner with parents to make sure our daughter is having fun learning while also getting prepared to achieve her milestones. They really understand your child's personality and their likes or dislikes. The fact that they have an indoor playground upstairs and downstairs is an added bonus. Knowing my daughter can still play and get her exercise while its raining or snowing outside. To help put your mind at ease, they have cameras so that you can peak in on your kiddo whenever you need. The app is always helpful for us busy parents to always be included in our daughters daily activities. She has learned so much at this school.

Our baby is genuinely happy to go to daycare every morning, which says everything. Real friendships and meaningful connections have already formed, and we’ve seen so much growth in confidence and curiosity. The staff communicates clearly and consistently documents each day, so we always feel informed and connected. We truly feel safe leaving our baby in their care, and it’s clear how much they genuinely love and invest in the children. We also appreciate how intentional they are about celebrating both the big milestones and the small everyday moments. It feels like a true partnership.
