Usually when I use them they are good. This particular time I need a medication and I was on hold for 20 minutes waiting to speak to the dr and never did instead the front desk staff answered and said she was sorry that the Dr left!🤔👎 so o was asked if I wanted them to call me tomorrow for the Dr to speak to me!
