I had an amazing experience at Exceptional Dermatology/MedSpa (卓艺皮肤科) in Flushing! I came here for acne treatment, and I’m honestly so happy with my results. The doctor was extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable. They carefully examined my skin, explained the root causes of my acne, and customized a treatment plan specifically for me instead of giving a one-size-fits-all solution. I really appreciated how detailed and thorough the consultation was. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. The clinic is clean, modern, and well-organized, which made me feel comfortable and confident in their care. After following the treatment plan, I’ve seen a big improvement in my breakouts and overall skin texture.

I came in feeling really tired and discouraged from dealing with constant acne and breakouts. After just one month, my skin cleared and looks better than it has in a long time. It honestly means so much to me. Manager Michelle is incredibly kind and welcoming and made the whole experience feel easy from the start. I’m so happy I visited this doctor for my skin checkup. I know that a yearly skin checkup is recommended and I’m very happy I chose Exceptional dermatology to be my forever doctor. The manager was pleasant and had such an amazing demeanor and the doctor took her time explaining everything for my skin concerns. She answered all my questions with the most kindness I’ve had from a doctor for the year. I also really love that the office is small, VERY clean and felt like a very kind and caring space.

I had a great experience at exceptional dermatology! The staff were friendly, professional. The office was clean and well-organized, and I didn’t have to wait for my appointment. I’ve noticed improvement in my skin. Only problem is the parking may be hard to find.
