From the start they treated me with a great interest and attention. Jorge always returned my calls in a timely manner he is very professional and extremely efficient. Very satisfied.

Instead of helping the customers to find a decent and affordable place. Customers would lose money before even getting a contract. I dont recommend Exit Realty Direct Companies to anyone if you want to save money and time.

Charges are usually high for closings. Always listing prices 15-20% higher than fair market value. Service is deplorable. My fellow colleague was also robbed here out of $3,000 and never got a refund for it!

The most unprofessional people I have ever worked with in my entire life. After I signed their papers and give them deposit check, now they are changing a deal and want more not what they promised me. Agent who's name is Sam very unprofessional kid. He pushes me to sign a deal that wasn't the same as it before he said. He keep telling me that he closes a million dollar deals without so much headache so why then you said one price at the beginning now after you receive check its different. The owner of Exit Realty Direct said, give me a week I will give you the same deal as it before its 3rd week he never in the office neither pickup phone or call... Beware of this real estate they are scammers!!!

Recently found a rental apartment listed by Exit Realty Direct. I wanted to see it and they cornered me into signing a realtor agreement. The only apartments they showed me did not follow what I was looking for or ones I had already seen and passed due to issues. However, they did not listen to me and still charged an absurd brokers fee. The apartment I ended up renting was disappointing and they mislead me in my search for their own benefit. Would completely avoid any of their listings in the future. STAY AWAY!!!
