VERY FAST REPAIR FOR A GOOD PRICE!! repaired my iPhone 7 screen and performed battery replacement in under 30 minutes for each. Phone screen fix done in under 15 minutes and battery replacement done in 5 minutes. screen repair done in under 15 minutes for $70 and screen protector for $10. battery replacement was fast, done in 5 minutes for $45. best buy does it for $50 but done in 4-5 hours. besy buy also does screen replacement for $150 but done in a hour or so. if you want a fast and affordable phone repair, this is the spot.

Other repair shops quoted me $100-$150 to fix this keyboard. This shop only charged me 30$ and they also noticed my fan was broken and replaced it for $15 even though the part was $15. Great place if you want to get a quick fix for a good price.

Lied to me and said the screen that they are installing on my iPhone would be 120hz. After installing it he acted like he didn’t know anything even though he claimed it would be 120hz. This place is never getting my business again. They are liars. They took 270 dollars from me.

I live in a Manhattan co-op apartment. I have a popular GE range. One function of the range failed and I diagnosed the problem - correctly. I contacted ExpressRepair, explained the issue and requested a repair. Within a few hours they sent a repairman. The repairman was a young fellow, professional, courteous and efficient. He confirmed my diagnosis. He charged for parts and labor and told me before acting what the cost would be. However I had researched the part cost, so I took the actual part number from him before the install and confirmed on line that it was available at Amazon for less than half of the $120 he was directed to charge me. As he worked I wrote an email to Expressrepair enclosing an image of the clip from Amazon and asked them to direct their man, while in my premises, to reduce the cost of the part by the difference between the retail price and the price I was to be charged. The company promptly responded with an email asking me to call to discuss the matter. I did - and was put on hold for 25 minutes. By the time a human responded to the call their man had completed the job, been paid and left. I was promised a call from a manager the following day - and I will update this comment if I get that call. But for now I am awarding 2 stars for a seemingly deceptive pricing practice. A secondary detail is that labor was billed at $300 (less $25 as a promotion) - for about 40 minutes work, or about $450/hour. I have hired lawyers for less. In short, I have no complaints about the work quality or responsiveness of the company - but one might well consider the markup on parts to be imposed in bad faith, and/or the hourly rate to be a rip-off - so I am sharing my experience. The company is based in Ontario and for some reason I expected a better customer response from Canadians. ADDENDUM: As most people would expect, ExpressRepair has not gotten back to me after two days. So, while the original review was a 2* review (for being deceptive and mercenary), I have reduced the review to 1* for lack of customer support and poor integrity. On the third day following the repair, a call came to my phone from an unidentified caller but the caller elected not to leave a message.
