I had an excellent experience at this optical store. I was assisted by Miss Maria, and honestly, the service was incredible. I really appreciated the patience and kindness she showed throughout the entire process. They also gave me a very good price, and my glasses were ready in no time. On top of that, they gave me a free cleaning kit and a case for my glasses as a gift. I’m super satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend them.

I’ve brought in three different pairs of eyeglasses for repairs, prescription lens replacements, and fashion tints — and none of the frames were originally purchased from them. Even so, they took care of everything without any issue and treated me like a regular customer. One of my older frames was bent and scratched, and I honestly thought I had to replace it. Sir Jun was able to fix and restore it, and it looks so much better now. The staff are friendly and professional. Special shoutout to Sir Jun — he’s very approachable and really tries to help you get the best deal. Great service, fair pricing, and excellent customer care. This is definitely my go-to optical shop. Highly recommended!

My experience was simply spectacular! Everyone who works at the store is super polite and attentive! In fact, it was one of the most humanized medical services I've ever had in NYC! Dr. Lim performed my eye exam, and I was surprised by her politeness and friendliness!

They are very attentive to your needs and make sure you get the glasses that you like and suits your style and budget. And if you have problems with the item you can always go back and they will try to fix the issue.

I am very happy I found this place because they provide remarkable service and have a wonderful staff! They helped me in selecting the lenses that best suited my prescription and lifestyle, as well as letting me know the pros and cons of each option. They also have a in-house lab so the turnaround time was fairly quick!
