I have been seeing Dr. Rothstein, a remarkable Neuro-Ophthalmologist, for the past few months, and I cannot express enough gratitude for his exceptional care and dedication. I was referred to Dr. Rothstein after a long journey of chasing symptoms and consulting with various specialists, and I am more than willing to drive out of state 3 hours each way to receive his unparalleled level of care. Dr. Rothstein stands out not only for his expertise in Neuro- Ophthalmology but also for his genuine involvement in my healthcare plan. My case is somewhat unordinary, yet he has consistently taken the time to thoroughly evaluate and devise the best plan of action tailored to my specific needs. His attention to detail and willingness to explore every possible option have provided me with immense confidence and peace of mind. Dr. Rothstein and his staff are very thorough and professional. We appreciate the amount of dedication and care towards diagnosing/determining causes of issues. We were able to get an appointment quickly as a new patient. One of the front staff was sweet enough to help schedule imaging quickly for us. If you happen to see a lot of people waiting, do not be deterred. They move people quickly between the various testing rooms.

Dr. Rothstein and Dr. Staiman are phenomenal. You may have to wait a bit but it's well worth it. The eye examination is very thorough and everything is explained to you. The entire staff is kind and professional. I'm very pleased with the service that I receive in this office. I would highly recommend EYENAMICS NY. We had an excellent experience with this neuro-ophthalmologist. From the initial appointment through follow-up, the care was thorough, thoughtful, and patient-centered. Dr. Rothstein took the time to listen carefully, explained complex information in a clear and reassuring way, and made sure all of our questions were answered. We felt respected, supported, and confident in the care plan. The office staff was also professional and efficient. We highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking expert neuro-ophthalmologic care.

The facility is clean and welcoming. Staff members were friendly and courteous, but waiting for a doctor for 3 hours and 40 minutes was too much. 1 to 2 hours is no problem and is reasonably understandable. There were other customers complaining on the wait time, others were huffing and puffing losing patience. They likely overbooked. They should of called and canceled to rebook for another day. I do not recommend it.
