I had been going to this place for couple years already and each time I go my glasses surpass $1000, and I think is worth it base on the only brand I used Paul Vosheront, and always satisfied, I am always helped by Niki and other staffs are so friendly also, I go there every couple months to realignment and they are all so helpful, I don’t deny some sales are aggressive but if you don’t want it no one can force you to buy it, and wearing glasses for so many years and have been going so many eyewear store in the past, all glasses takes min 2 weeks,,, so the bad reviews here are not being fair to the store, so far this is the best one I ever found that’s why I still go here and get glasses , as for the male eye doctor yes his kinda of rude that I agreed but I caught him while his having lunch so I don’t blame him, but the female eye doctor is the sweetest lady ever, you can go to Cohens the largest chain store sometimes you going get the same service, every store has these kind of people, it cannot be avoided,, but overall I recommend this store because the price and variety choices, as for insurance no insurance in NY is fully reimbursable learn my lesson at Cohens years ago, and they charge you for exam even when you purchase glasses from them, Niki is very helpful already because at least this store is willing take the extra steps to call the insurance company when something goes wrong,

My experience at Eyeview Optical was very good! Customer service was great, everyone was nice, and I got new glasses here. Thank you to Niki, the store manager, who helped me get a new pair as my old ones injured my face. Would definitely recommend to others about Eyeview Optical.

just bought a pair of glasses from them, I did pay around $400 but to be fair it was a designer brand. One of the sales lady was super nice and kind and gave me a bunch of discounts! I picked up the prescribed glasses within 2 days of placing the order so they’re quick. However there was a delay when I went to pick up the glasses and that set off my mood. If waiting doesn’t bother you, definitely recommend.

I would give this place 0 stars if possible. The staff at this store are unprofessional, dishonest, and scheming. When I first came to this store for glasses, I was told by the staff my insurance was accepted and that I would have to pay upfront first and will later be provided with a reimbursement form for my insurance. When I went to pick up my glasses after 2 weeks, my reimbursement form was not ready and I was told the manager would call me or email me the reimbursement form. The manager never reached back to me until I called 3 days later, just to have the manager write the wrong amount charged on the form. I paid $398 total, as my insurance coverage is $400, but the manager wrote the charge for only $268 for me to reimburse. She stated that is the maximum amount they could charge on the form and that my insurance would not reimburse the full amount. She even claimed she already did me a favor by writing a higher charge for me to get more money back. I am confused and frustrated as the original staff confirmed my insurance would cover the full amount. If this is the case, they should've informed me of this before I paid. The only solution the manager could provide is to email me a receipt of my payment so I could try claiming it myself but it's been a week and she still haven't sent anything. This is irresponsible and a scam.
