Family Dental of Bayside

Today was my first visit to Family Dental and I had a complete checkup and a cleaning. Cleaning was great. Office very clean and staff is very friendly. Meet with Dr Cho who was really nice and very professional. Will be coming back for my regular cleanings and any work that needs done in the future.

Wonderful and gentle hygienist, Janice? Was very personable and took the time to answer all my questions. I was seen early and The office almost always runs on time. The staff is very caring and genuine. The dentists are very efficient and gentle. I'm very happy I found this practice.

Amazing dentists who are very honest and do not try to make you get extra work done if not necessary...like so many other dentists. Dr. Chow is super friendly, dependable and great at what he does. He definitely takes care of his patients and gives the time of day. Viola is an awesome hygienist who is very professional and punctual! The staff is super friendly and helpful!

I came in to get a consultation about my wisdom teeth and went back the following week to get them removed. Everyone was so helpful and defintely made me feel at ease. Jennifer at the front desk was such a sweetheart and helped me get my info straightened out before my first visit. They get five stars for cleanliness, no wait time, great staff, and a 24/7 line for patients to call when they need help.

It was my first time here. They have dental hygienist for cleaning. She was pretty thorough to get plaque off my teeth. Dr.Kim is a nice, friendly dentist. He explains how my teeth condition was and what need and not need to be done. I had a different dentist before came here who told me I needed to get many things done such as crown or inlay etc. I was looking at close to a thousand to spend on that office. But Dr.Kim said differently, he told me if anything is still in good Or ok condition, there is no need to touch it. Beside it’s not good to dig into teeth if you don’t need to, I’m guessing that he doesn’t want me to spend money if I don’t have to.
