We were referred by a friend that worked with them previously and we are glad they referred us. Alex the GC is a very knowledgeable and very strict with his work. He didn’t cut corners like a lot of construction people we worked with in the past. He took his time even though sometimes we rushed him because he asks for perfection instead of just doing things fast to get it over with which was one of the main reasons I was happy we chose him. The work came out great and we were thrilled with the results. Highly recommended

I call that team of installers SUPREME!Why the others isn’t as conscientious about their skill and workmanship as Fancy Construction . They really amazes me!They did 1350 sq ft in one day.Clean and Clear...I said Clean and Clear! Installation team was amazing and they were very experienced on their job.Overall they did a great job and we are super pleased with the result.

After some extensive research of different construction companies in the Tri-State area, we decided to work with Alex from Fancy Construction Inc to install wall molding and flooring for our 3-story single family house in NJ. Since there was a delay in closing the house, we were on a very tight schedule (two weeks) to move in and we would like to have the renovation done before then. Alex and his crew really worked against the clock to ensure the project get done in time. What impressed me the most from this crew is how much they are willing to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. For example, in the original design we were going to install the wall molding in equal sizes. But in the dining area we later realized a larger sized molding will fit better with a painting. So we talked to Alex and asked if we can redo some of that part. He had absolutely no problem with it and quickly came up with a few options. He modified the area multiple times until both me and my husband were happy with it. I'm a big fan of details and they really hit the mark on that. When they installed the flooring, they really paid attention to how the edges were connected to the staircase and they even installed additional molding to make the transition really subtle. All of the painting they did were worked couple of times to ensure a smooth finish without dead spots. Then there is the small things really showed their professionalism such as covering the surface while working, wearing shoe covers and always cleaning up. Overall we couldn't be more happy with the end result and the total cost is also reasonable. So we would like to spread the words for them. If you happen to look for home renovation in NJ/NY area, I would highly recommend Alex/Fancy Construction to work with!

This is our first home remodel project. We heared a lot of bad experiences when we were trying to find our contractor, and we also interviewed many. but Yiqun gave us a reasonable price and knew exactly what he was talking about. we are so glad that we hired him for our project including two bathrooms and kitchen remodel, and many other things like installing our curtain, replacing lights and painting. He did an excellent job on our schedule. Yiqun is very patient about our ideals and also provided a lot of design suggestions. He is also very responsive, we worked vey closely through our the entire projects. We would definitely recommend him to any scale of home renovation project. BONUS: we got a handmade wood art from Yiqun as a house warming gift. we loved it so much that we had it on our entry wall and no one would miss it!

Just finished kitchen renovation in a co-op building. We are generally happy with Alex’s work. To be honest, no contracting job will be 100% satisfactory to a customer’s standard. I have to praise their workmanship in the lighting, drop ceilings, installation of floor tiles and cabinets. We did however noticed a few carelessness resulting in damaged wall tiles. If you have spare, alex and his team will replace for you. I recommend alex as he is responsible to follow through with you, making sure you are complaint with building and not leaving you hanging. Overall we had a good experience.
