Warning - Bait and Switch! My mother went for a perm which is CLEARLY priced at $50 on the window front of the store in large text along with the other service costs. Of course once they were done she was charged $80 and told that the window prices were old. That’s not an excuse and clearly unlawful. But my 78 year old diabetic mother did not want to fight as she was tired and wanted to get back to eat something after hours at the salon. I should have picked her up but here’s advice so the next person won’t be conned - confirm the price first since they have no compunction about conning a senior…

They are dishonest and tricky. Before the haircut, she said it would cost $11, but afterward she charged me $16. I paid $18 tho. Also, the towel she used to dry my hair was already wet, and I have no idea how many people had used it before me.

They don’t honor their prices and every time they name a new price. The window says $10 for Kids haircuts. One time they told us it was 15. Our friends went there and it was $12. They finally honored the $12 price after haggling. The cut was uneven on my kid. Highly recommend not going there. Not worth the stress of haggling and bad haircut.

I been coming here for a while now, I have very long hair and I always hated cutting it because the fear of them messing it up. This time, she spent a total of 12 mins cutting my long hair. She rushed it because she saw 2 other customers waiting. She usually would take about 30mins cutting my hair. Usually she would blow out my hair and show me the back of my hair with a mirror. She didn’t do any of that, and I was still generous by leaving her a tip. I will never be coming back here again, that’s for sure. This is a very unfortunate experience.

I stopped by this hair salon for a quick trim before the Lunar New Year. I have medium length hair that’s 3-4 inches past my shoulders. The entire time I sat in the chair, the hair stylist kept telling me my hair was dry and it needed an oil treatment (which she pushing me to do for $70 but I kept declining). I told her I wanted curtain bangs; not too short so it framed my face and to cut only 2 inches in length. She ended up cutting past shoulder length and made my bangs above my eyebrows…
