I’ve been going to Olivia for years and she’s the absolute best! She’s super skilled, detail-oriented, and always gets my nails looking perfect. The salon is clean, relaxed, and everyone’s friendly and does a great job. Highly recommend coming here and booking with Olivia for any speciality manicures!

First time going and will not return. I tend to bite my tongue if I have a bad experience with the employee but I cannot in this scenario. This employees’ poor service (bubbled polish, bleeding during service, uneven polish) matched her sociability. My nails (just look at the photos attached)… The employee (Sara) was bitter and rude. The cherry on top after she did my pedicure she says I need to pay before she does my manicure. I have never had a woman with NYX (overly) pencilled eyebrows and poor skincare (pores galore) tell me to pay upfront (despite the description… have never!!!) but I complied. Sitting in the salon longer, I found no one else was asked to pay upfront but myself. Seemingly the decision of Sara. Deters me entirely from future visits (and such a shame because the owner seemed nice). So those reading, maybe you will have a better visit than I, but not if Sara does your services. Horrible nails and horrible service.

My daughter received a gel manicure and a regular pedicure here on Monday, December 29. The gel manicure began peeling and chipping within two days—by Wednesday. Gel manicures are expected to last about two weeks. This level of quality is unacceptable and absolutely not worth the cost.
