Faust Harrison Pianos

Had a good experience picking out a grand piano, there was a good selection of used pianos that I was allowed to try out and I found a great sounding kawai in my price range, staff was knowledgeable and helpful and they even let me try a piece on a 180,000$ fazioli. It was worth coming down just for that experience as I had never played such a nice feeling piano with such a perfect action. I almost regret that I played it as I doubt I will play anything like it again, but I am enjoying my kawai more each day which has a great action itself. I found that I have been able to noticeably improve my technique working on a grand each day. I had a small problem with the dampers after the move but after I emailed they were able to get send someone and they fixed it right away.

This is a beautiful piano gallery with a large collection of pianos. The staffs at the gallery are knowledgeable , professional, and welcoming. We came from the Bay Area and had poor experiences at Steinway stores there. This store is a breath of fresh air. They have Steinway, Fazioli, Bosrndorfer, Yamaha, Kawai, grand, upright, and digital pianos.

We were so happy with the experience we had at Faust Harrison Pianos and especially with Matthew Everingham. Matt took us through the process of purchasing the perfect piano for our 9-year-old granddaughter. He was an expert and thoughtful consultant and a total pleasure to deal with. The piano is now in our daughter and son-in-law's living room, where we hope it will have many years of use. Thank you to Matt and everyone at Faust Harrison.

Had a great experience buying a digital piano for our family at the Manhattan store. They had a great selection and the salesman, Matthew, was very helpful, clearly explaining the different models and demonstrating their features. We purchased the right one for our needs and all the paperwork plus the delivery was very smooth. The delivery team were also great- so friendly and quick!

Great service from beginning to end. Nicole was great at setting up the appointment. I had a shifting schedule, and she patiently responded each time. She also double-checked on the details before the appointment. The service tech did a fine job. Tuned the piano well. Made adjustments as requested. Now the piano sounds great and I am playing it enthusiastically!
