FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

Came into get some documents printed on nicer paper. Saiyeid was patient in walking me through various options and I got very good service. It is a busy location, even when the store seems empty there seems to be constant flow of people dropping off packages or delivery guys picking up packages.

Compared to other shipping/office supply shops in the city, the staff here are always cordial and helpful. Wait times can be long but they are great once you get there

I stopped over today to laminate something, and first I gotta say a lady by the name of Kim was very kind in helping everyone . But unfortunately when it came down to my mom and I needed help she had to get another worker a young Black American women to help who at first gave her an attitude to come and do check out. We kindly asked her for help with the lamination she came over looked at the machine and turned up the heat.. Walked away saying you can take it from there by feeding it into the machine 🤷‍♀️ So we did and what the heck it came out somewhat damaged... now what if this was which it was the only copy I had which it was ! Does she even care !! Nope ! So I had to let Kim know and all she could do was cut off the sides that was damaged those sides I actually wanted . Anyways very rude and unprofessional. I actually wonder if I could have said I ain't paying for this if they would've honored that due to the other women's way of lamination.

Consistently the worst customer service for anything print/ship related. I'm not sure what FedEx is paying their employees, but it's clearly minimum wage based on these employees attitudes. I've seen them practically curse out young girls when they are just asking questions. Disgusting, disgusting behavior. PLEASE FEDEX DO BACKGROUND CHECKS ON THESE PEOPLE.

Waste of time, simply. It took 35 minutes to print because 1 their system doesn’t allow your email to have a signature and 2 their email inbox wasn’t loading. Understaffed, the employees have too much to do to be able to actually help customers. I recommend ups on orchard st instead.
