Very helpful and understanding. Staff greats people nicely. Every customer is their priority.
On Sunday, 12/08, two workers refused to take my package because they claimed they had no space.. why do this service if you cannot take packages? A waste of my time.
Do not recommend everyone drop off packages at here, always long lines and staff are rude not friendly. DONT DROP OFF PACKAGES AT HERE!
Kindly do not recommend FedEx drop-off at this location. Extremely busy store, long wait times, and insufficient staffing. The drop-off still could not be completed after a long wait.
Very rude, wanted to return something through fedex but they didn’t receive my box, saying too big, but that’s the one I receive
