Went to drop off a pre-labeled package on a weekday. Was asked whether the package was urgent because FedEx only picks up from their location every two - three weeks, not every weekday. Since I wanted express, next- day service, had to take my package elsewhere. Two stars instead of one because attendants were polite and tried to give me another location that might work better for me.
If I could, I wouldn't give a single star! The service is really bad! I will never come here to return again! Everyone makes you feel like you owe them a lot of money.
They don't accept FedEx express package with "E" anymore.
worker was extremely rude and disgusting. I was just trying to drop off a package and have them scan the QR and she was like “WE DONT DO THAT HERE” TERRIBLE SERVICE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THAT PLACE EVEN FOR DUANE READE why hire people that don’t know respect and decency🙄🤮would give negative stars if I could

I went to drop off a return package with the printed label on it. They told me there is an error when scanning the label, and maybe I was not supposed to drop off at their location. I then told them I have a QR code if the label is not working, but they still refused saying the label is already on it.
